BOP member Arnaud De Grave (with the scientist Patrick O. Waeber) has published on the excellent Heso Magazine an article about the AlaRela project in NRM (natural resources management) they ran in Madagascar in the region of Alaotra.

Whenever one thinks about Tokyo’s subway it usually involves these white[-]gloved agents shoving lots of inebriated Japanese salarymen and -women on a Friday night in Chibuya or Shinjuku; or the fight for the hegemony on the seat by the same -men and -women on which to sleep (and potentially throw up). All this is somehow true. I’ve been there. However, this new exhibition by our new BOP member Jon Ellis shows that if one knows how and where and when to look, one can be surprised.
