Fort du succès des numéros précédents nous voilà de retour avec Photo Analogies #5 !
Toujours dédié à la photographie argentique, ce numéro proposé par l’association BOP en couvrira de nombreux aspects et combinera photo-reportages, travaux conceptuels et articles techniques dans un esprit Do It Yourself. L’impression est quant à elle toujours réalisée par des professionnels, en quadrichromie et le tout garanti sans publicité.
Nous lançons une campagne de financement participatif pour financer ce numéro.
Contribuez à ce projet en précommandant votre numéro, des goodies et des tirages ! Sans Ulule et sans vous ce numéro ne peut exister.
BOP offre de la liberté et de la place aux photographes publiés afin qu’ils puissent s’affranchir des limites de la presse traditionnelle. Nous construisons les articles en collaboration constante avec eux, que ce soit au niveau des textes, de l’éditing, de la mise en page ou de leurs propres envies d’invités (pour leurs textes ou autre…).
Nous sommes financés uniquement par les ventes et vos dons et participations ici même, nous cherchons à rester indépendants. Photo Analogies doit de plus être abordable, à un prix de vente raisonnable.
Le sommaire de ce nouveau numéro se construira au fur et à mesure. Cependant, nous vous présentons d’ores et déjà un début de contenus (le numéro comportera au moins 150 pages). Vous serez informés dans les news des avancées en terme de contenu et autre. Nous sommes fiers d’annoncer (voir un peu plus bas pour des images en avant-première et de brèves explications du travail à venir) :

- Un dossier sur les Balkans, en construction, avec notamment Thomas Haley pour son travail au long cours sur la Bosnie ;
- Maya Paules, photographe plasticienne engagée poétiquement qui travaille/se révolte armée de son rolleiflex ;
- Anthony Morel et ses expérimentations écoresponsables à la chambre bricolée ;
- une photo “expliquée” par son auteur, un classique du magazine ;
- et toujours nos quatre invités internationaux “One Shot” de la fin de magazine !

Building on the success of our previous issues we are back with a new one: Photo Analogies #5!
Still dedicated to film photography, still at least trilingual French/English and more, this issue proposed by the BOP collective, will cover many aspects of it and will combine photo-reports, conceptual work and technical articles. The printing is as usual done by professionals, in four-colour process and we are still totally free of advertising.
Contribute to this project by selecting your rewards with magazines, goodies and prints! Without Ulule and without you, Photo Analogy #5 cannot exist.
BOP offers freedom and space to photographers so that they can free themselves from the limitations of the traditional press. We build the articles in constant collaboration with them, whether in terms of texts, editing, layout or their own guest wishes (for their texts or otherwise…).

Contents of
this issue
The contents of this new issue will be built up over time. However, we are already presenting you with the beginning of a table of content (this issue will be at least 150 pages long). You will be informed in the news of our progress in terms of content. We are proud to announce (see below for preview images and brief explanations of the work to come):
- A dossier on the Balkans, under construction, with Thomas Haley for his long term work on Bosnia ;
- the work of Maya Paules, a photographer known to work with rolleiflex in riots but obviously not only;
- Anthony Morel and his eco-responsible experimentation with a DIY large format camera;
- a photo “explained” by its author, one of our magazine classics;
and always our four international “One Shot” guests at the end of the magazine!
