Grainy Points of View
This series shows, with a somehow grainy aesthetic, links between space and time, time and space, the importance of geometry, curves, lines, and the point of view. I played a game with a camera that take half-frame pictures, I shot 2 times to get a full frame picture. The result is that they seem broken, sometimes you can feel vertigo, it’s unusual for our eyes. The brain looks for the line of horizon at all time, tries to put some logic into what it sees, tries to recreate a normal picture which is not there… Where’s the start of the eye path? Left to right, right to left, why is there two different places, two different times, is it just linked images? That’s a little bit freaky…
Let’s play! I hope you will enjoy and think of your point of view when you will next take pictures.
