Arnaud Thurel was working to help a theatre company with their visuals for their website and press releases… Not only Arnaud’s pictures are very original and (as always) nice but the whole concept is interesting. One should check the group’s website, their name is Pince sans rire (which very badly translate to “dry humour” and lose the pun with biking I am afraid…) and the press release pdf with Arnaud’s pictures all over is here.

New guest exhibition: Thomas Lehne’s “Black, No Sugar.”

BOP is very proud to have a new guest exhibition to celebrate the release of our new website. Thomas is a photographer from Hamburg, Germany who is experimenting a lot with alternative ways of developing films, namely with coffee! It is called Cafénol, of all things… Needless to say BOP members are pretty excited about that! His set of pictures shows a personal view of Hamburg via wandering and the description (a bit idiosyncratic but this is certainly something we can related to) muses about photography, collecting things and, well, life in general. BOP v3.0 is out!

We are very proud to announce the release of our new website. Yes, this very one you are seeing right now… We believe it is a bit more modern that the previous one and that content is made accessible in a better way. In addition to the exhibitions and travelogues, etc. we now have an e-shop where you can buy our magazine BOP Photo Analogies (issue #1 has been published last year in December), our retrospective book, members’ private publications and other goodies… To celebrate the new verssion we have a new guest exhibition by Thomas Lehne, an exhibition with…
